Acceptable Use Policy
What you may and may not make with Sawadika Dance AI, how we moderate it, and how to report a video. Last updated 22 October 2026.
What the service is for
Short, playful dance videos of yourself, of an adult who agreed, or of your own pet, made from one photo with a fixed dance template. You cannot type prompts: every video follows a template and a prompt we built and tested.
Photos you may upload
Upload only a photo of yourself, of an adult (18 or older) who gave you permission, or of your own pet. You confirm this each time before a video is made. Never upload another person’s photo without their consent.
Prohibited: sexual content
No nudity or sexual or sexually suggestive content, and no photo meant to produce it.
Prohibited: violence and gore
No content that shows or promotes violence, injury, gore or self-harm.
Prohibited: hate speech and harassment
No content that attacks or demeans people for their race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar traits, and no harassment or bullying.
Prohibited: anything unsafe for children
No photos of anyone under 18. Any content that sexualizes or endangers a child is banned, removed and reported to the relevant authorities.
Prohibited: deepfakes and impersonation
No face swaps, no turning one real person into another, no nude or sexualized images of real people, no intimate scenes of real people, and no videos meant to impersonate or deceive. Photos of celebrities, public figures and politicians are not allowed. The service offers none of these features, and trying to get around that breaks this policy.
Prohibited: copyright and trademark infringement
Upload only photos you own or have the right to use. Do not use the service to copy or pass off other people’s copyrighted work, brands or logos. The official SaWaDiKa song is never included; add licensed audio only where the platform you post to offers it.
How we moderate
Every video uses a fixed template and a fixed prompt, so no user-written text reaches the video model. Each upload needs the consent confirmation above. The safety systems of our video model provider refuse photos that appear to show minors, celebrities or public figures, and refused attempts return their credits. We review reported content by hand and remove anything that breaks this policy.
Report a video
Email support@sawadikadanceai.com with the video or its link and what is wrong with it. If the video shows you, say so: reports from the person shown come first. We confirm every report and tell you what we did.
Enforcement
Depending on the violation, we remove the content, suspend or close the account, and forfeit its remaining credits without a refund. Content involving minors is removed and reported to the relevant authorities, and we cooperate with law enforcement where the law requires it.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date above shows the current version. These rules sit alongside our Terms of Use.
