Who is responsible
Sawadika Dance AI is operated by AI Dance Video, 4579 Leo Street, Meriden, WY 82081, United States, which is responsible for the information described here. Contact: support@sawadikadanceai.com.
Account and uploaded files
We store your account email, authentication details, uploaded photos, task history, and generated video files. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google. Photos and outputs are stored privately; access is checked against your account.
Generation and payments
To create a video, we provide your uploaded photo through a temporary, signed link to our AI video generation provider, which runs ByteDance Seedance models; it is used only to make your video. Waffo Pancake, our Merchant of Record, handles checkout and payment details; our service stores order references, credited amounts, and payment status. We do not receive your full payment card number.
Storage and access
Cloudflare provides the application, database, and file storage. Uploaded and generated files are retained for your account history until removed by our support team or an applicable retention policy. Download any videos you want to keep; this is not an archival service.
Children
The service is for adults 18 and older. Do not upload photos of anyone under 18. If you believe a minor’s photo was uploaded, contact us and we will remove it.
Requests
Contact support@sawadikadanceai.com to request access, correction, or removal of account information and uploaded media. Financial records may need to be retained for accounting and dispute handling.
Cookies
We use cookies for sign-in and essential site preferences. The first release does not enable advertising or analytics integrations.
