Who we are
Sawadika Dance AI (sawadikadanceai.com) is operated by AI Dance Video, 4579 Leo Street, Meriden, WY 82081, United States. Contact: support@sawadikadanceai.com.
The service
The studio makes short AI-generated dance videos from one photo you upload, following a fixed dance template. Videos are generated with ByteDance Seedance 2.0 Mini (Solo Dance and the pet version) and Kuaishou Kling 3.0 Omni (the music video). You do not write prompts; every template uses a fixed prompt.
Your uploads
Upload only a photo of yourself, of an adult (18 or older) who has given you permission, or of your own pet. Do not upload photos of children, of celebrities or public figures, or of anyone without their consent. You confirm this each time you upload, and you remain responsible for how you share the result.
Acceptable use
Follow our Acceptable Use Policy (sawadikadanceai.com/acceptable-use). The service does not offer face swapping, nude or sexualized imagery, or intimate scenes of real people, and you may not use it to impersonate, deceive, harass or exploit anyone. We may remove content, suspend accounts and forfeit credits when this policy is broken.
AI results
AI video results vary. Facial details, clothing, hands, background, and movement can change. A completed video is an AI-generated interpretation, not a recording of the person performing the dance. Label it as AI-generated where the platform you post to asks you to.
Payments
Purchases are processed by Waffo Pancake, our Merchant of Record and the seller of record for your order. Waffo handles payment, taxes and receipts, and its buyer terms apply to the transaction. Prices are shown in USD before checkout. Credit packs are one-time purchases with no subscription.
Credits
Review the exact pack price and generation cost before you pay or submit a task. Credits represent generation capacity in this service and are not money. Credits do not expire. A payment return page alone does not confirm that credits have arrived.
Music and affiliation
The service does not grant rights to third-party songs, brands, or celebrity likenesses. Sawadika Dance AI is not affiliated with LISA or her representatives. Use platform-licensed audio or audio you are permitted to publish.
Problems
Failed generation tasks return their reserved video credits. Questions about paid orders and unused packs can be sent to support@sawadikadanceai.com. See the refund page for the distinction between credit returns and payment refunds.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
